• Our team will pack the most suitable sized bag for your order
• Please note your order will not come pre-wrapped, instead we'll include the suitable sized gift bag to your order making it easy for you to add the items yourself when it arrives

Delivery

• Free standard delivery on all orders (receive within 5-8 working days)
• Rush Delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm* (receive the next working day) *orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend are processed on following working days

Returns

• To start your return please email support@kudd.ly
• We offer full refunds on selected products returned 30 days from the date of delivery
• We cannot offer returns or refunds on products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” and they do not fall under our extended returns policy
• For hygiene purposes, footwear (Komfies and Kloud Slides) are subject to a 7-day return policy
• A fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost
