I read that a weighted blanket needs to be 10% of your body weight, is that true?

Is the Blanket Machine Washable?

Yes, Our Standard (48*78″)™ Weighted Blanket is machine washable. We recommend washing it on a cold, delicate cycle and hanging it to dry.

What ages are suitable to use™ ?

We recommend ages eight and up to use our™ Weighted Blanket. For younger children, using the blanket on their own can be a suffocation hazard.

Will there be any other colour options?

We offer our™ in two colours, blue and grey, We do not plan on creating any new colours at this time, but suggestions are always welcome.

What are the dimensions of the™ Weighted Blankets?

The kuddly blanket is 48 x 78” (122cm x 198cm), which is the perfect size for one person. The Big Blanket is 60 × 80” (154.2cm x 203.2cm) which fits well over double and even a king-sized bed.

Does the™ Blanket get too hot? Can I use it all year round?

The Kuddly Blanket is highly breathable and is made from super-soft fleece. You can comfortably wear it in the winter or summer. The cover is a low-pile, soft-touch synthetic fleece which is warm in winter and cool in summer. The glass bead filling is better for temperature regulation than cheaper plastic beads.

Is this blanket recommended for people who have fibromyalgia?

The kuddly King Throw Blanket is not considered a weighted blanket. It weighs only 3kgs and that is mainly due to its larger size.

We take weighted blankets very seriously, as many of our kuddlers use them to help with chronic conditions relating to mental and physical wellbeing. More research is needed to confirm the efficacy of weighted blankets of this size. But rest assured, we’re following the issue closely to ensure we’re always bringing you items of the highest quality.

Will you be getting more colours?

As of right now, the kuddly King Throw Blanket comes in two popular colours, Elegant Navy and Rich Charcoal. We don’t currently have plans to make more colours, but we are always developing new ways to make our customers happy. What if the blanket is too big for my washing machine?

Don’t worry, it won’t be! Our blanket fits perfectly into most washing machines.

What are the kloud sliders made of?

Are they waterproof?

Yeah they are. They’re made with water-resistant materials so you can wear them literally anywhere.

Are they as comfy as they look?

Oh yeah! But keep in mind that they are slightly stiff when you get them and will need to be worked in for them to perfectly mould to your foot. Wear them for a week to break them in and they will soften up. Don’t like waiting that long, soak them in warm water for 30 minutes. 

I have foot pain? Will these help?

Do the kloud sliders fit big or small?

Dream Pillow

My pillow has a chemical smell, will that go away?

Yes. The chemical smell will go away after a few days.

The kuddly dream pillow is filled with shredded memory foam. Due to the way memory foam is produced, there is a chance that the pillow can come with a chemical smell. This smell is called off gassing and can take a little while for the smell to go away, especially when the pillow case been vacuum sealed.

Before using and adjusting your dream pillow, we recommend taking it out of its packaging and letting it puff up to its full height (usually takes around 24 hours). Leave it in a well ventilated area. In some cases, it can take up to 3 days for the smell to fully disappear.

Do I need a pillowcase when using the kuddly dream pillow?

No, you don’t have to have a pillowcase to use your kuddly dream pillow because it has a soft protective washable cotton cover. That said, adding a pillowcase, especially a silk one can help increase the longevity of your dream pillow.

Does the dream pillow help with neck pain?

If you have a stiff neck or a sore back, the dream pillow may provide some relief, especially if it’s adjusted properly. Your pillow does play a huge part in spine and neck health, so sleeping on the right pillow for your sleep position is important. That said, although the dream pillow may help, it is always recommended that you consult a qualified medical practitioner for advice with neck pain.

Why sleep on the dream pillow rather than another pillow?

While you might see conventional pillows on sale for really cheap, you really need to consider the importance of a good pillow.

How do I wash my silk pillowcase?

Washing your silk pillowcase is easy. You can wash it in your washing machine. Make sure to use a gentle cycle and gentle detergent. Then lay flat to dry or air hang dry.


How do I heat my komfies?


To heat in a microwave oven: lay flat on a turntable and heat for 1 minute on

high (850 – 1000watt ovens). 

If not hot enough, heat for a further minute. Repeat in small increments until desired temperature is reached. DO NOT OVERHEAT.

DO NOT attempt to heat in an electric or gas conventional oven.

After prolonged use over a long period of time, or if the heat pack becomes

frayed, then the pack may need to be replaced. 

Depending on usage, a pack should last for approximately one year.

DO NOT reuse a pack that has an overcooked or burnt odour.

Check that the temperature is comfortable before use and avoid contact with sensitive skin.

DO NOT use on infants or anyone sleeping.

If the pack gets wet, allow it to dry completely before use.

DO NOT reheat until completely cold.

How do I wash my komfies?

Heat pack: DO NOT wash the heat pack.

Slippers: Remove the heat pack before washing. Wash by washing machine or by hand.

Dry completely on a towel on a flat surface or drip dry on a line before use.

DO NOT soak or bleach.

DO NOT iron.

How long do the komfies stay warm?

Your komfies should stay warm for up to 30 minutes depending on the range and ambient room temperature.

I don’t have a microwave. Can I heat the product in an oven?

We DO NOT recommend heating your™ komfies in a conventional oven as internal oven temperatures can vary greatly. It is perfectly safe to warm your komfies in a microwave having a maximum power of 1,000 watts.

How often can I heat the insert?

The inserts have been designed and manufactured to last. Make sure to always follow the heating guide and allow the product to cool fully between uses.

What if I overheat my komfies?

Every™ komfie comes with heating instructions attached to a label sewn into the product and these instructions should be followed very carefully. If your™ komfie has been overheated by mistake you should dispose of it in normal household waste after allowing it to cool to room temperature.

3D Sleep Mask

Will it leave marks on your face in the morning?

Definitely not. The eye cups are made to be super soft and cushioning so it won’t create creases or marks on your face.

Will the mask get too hot?

The kuddly mask is made with breathable materials so, no, you won’t get too hot wearing it.

Will it fall off during the night while I sleep?

We don’t know how much you move during the night, but we can say our customers have been highly satisfied with the performance of our sleep mask. If adjusted properly, it’s highly unlikely that your mask will fall off during the night.

Is it really 100% blackout?

Yes! It’s 100% blackout because of the adjustable eye cups. This allows you to customise your sleep mask to get the best blackout.

Will the strap pull on my hair?

No, not at all. We’ve engineered our strap with micro velcro and elastic designed not to pull on your hair.

Can I wear my kuddly mask with eyelash extensions?

Depending on the length of your eyelash extensions, you should be able to wear the mask just fine. The depth of the eye cups are about 1.8 cm and they shouldn’t cause any discomfort for most people.

Is the mask machine washable?

Yes. You can wash your kuddly mask in the washing machine. Make sure to wash in cold water and do not tumble dry. Let it air dry flat.

What to do: I received wrong order or a part of my order is missing

What to do: I paid for Rush delivery, but my order is still in transit

What to do if your rush delivery is delayed:

What to do: my parcel tracks “Delivered”, but I haven’t received it

There are a few reasons why your tracking may state that your parcel is delivered, but you haven’t received it:

  • The parcel may have been delivered to the wrong address. This can happen if the address on the parcel is incorrect or if the delivery driver made a mistake.
  • The parcel may have been stolen. This is rare, but it can happen.
  • The parcel may still be in transit. This can happen if the tracking system has not been updated.

If you have not received your parcel, you should contact support immediately. We will be able to investigate the matter and determine what happened to your parcel.

Please provide your full delivery address & order number in your message, so that we could jump on it right away!

What to do: My parcel arrived damaged

If your parcel arrived damaged, you should contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged parcel. This will help you document the damage and will enable us to file a claim with the shipping company.

While parcels don’t often get damaged whilst on their way to you, it’s still possible, especially during pre-Christmas season when couriers are swamped. 

We understand that it might be quite unpleasant, but we assure you, our support will do everything to make it right for you!

What to do: my tracking number is not updating for over 2 days

There are a few reasons why your tracking number may not be updating:

  • The parcel has not yet been scanned into the system. This can happen if the parcel was dropped off at a shipping location over the weekend or on a holiday.
  • The parcel is in transit and has not yet reached the next shipping hub. 
  • There may be a problem with the tracking system. This is rare, but it can happen.

If your tracking number is not updating, and you are concerned, you can contact the shipping company directly, or email/chat with us!

Why is my phone number needed at checkout?

At, we understand the importance of delivering your cosy goodies as quickly and efficiently as possible, which is why we encourage you to leave your phone number at checkout. By leaving your phone number, this will allow you to redirect your delivery to a safe place, collection point or to your neighbour if you’re not going to be home. You will also be able to provide couriers with any delivery instructions that you may have.

We will only use your phone number for delivery purposes, and will not share it with any third-party sources.

While we strongly encourage you to leave your phone number for a better delivery experience, it is not required. However, please note that without your phone number, you may not be able to update your delivery options or provide couriers with delivery instructions.

How long does it take for kuddly to deliver?

We are proud to offer free standard delivery to anywhere in the UK! This means that you can receive your package as early as the next business day, although most kuddlers report 2-5 working days. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that Christmas delivery terms are slightly different: Our Christmas delivery cut-off dates (aka the last day when we & the couriers guarantee pre-Christmas delivery) are:

  • FREE Standard Delivery (estimate 2-5 working days): 18th December (Order by 2pm)
  • Express Delivery (estimate within 48 hours): 21st December (Order by 12pm)

Please note that even though shipping & deliveries will continue till December 24th, we can’t 100% guarantee pre-Christmas deliveries after these dates.

What happens if I order on Free delivery after 18th December?

If you choose Free delivery after 18th December OR Express delivery after 21st December, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. Both and couriers will do their best to deliver as quickly as possible, but the given times are 10 working days.

Rush delivery option:

  • Orders placed before 2 pm on working days qualify for next working day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday and over the weekend are processed on the following working day.

Free delivery is a part of our promise. However, especially during our sale events, our products often sell out faster than we can replace them. When this is the case, a notification will appear on screen that, while delivery on your selected product is still free, it will not be dispatched until we have restocked. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via email.

Please still remember to look out for delivery advice on the product page as items that sell out will have a notification showing our best estimate for when the item will be re-stocked & shipped.

Why have I been refunded less for the item I returned?

Kuddly frequently offers bundle deals and allows customers to save more when they buy more kuddly items, but customers only get to take advantage of these low prices when the bundles stay intact. 

When you wish to return an item originally purchased through a bundle deal or with more than one kuddly item, that original bundle sale price will no longer apply and in many cases, your bundle deal price may change.

What is your return policy? Do you extend returns for the holiday period?

Returns window extended for 2023 holidays

Any orders made from November 1st to December 31st, 2023, can be returned until January 31st, 2024. For purchases made outside this period, the standard return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.

This is a long one. We’re sorry to bore you, but just in case there’s an issue with your package, we want to make sure you have all the info you need to complete the process smoothly.

We offer full refunds on most products returned 30 days from the date of delivery. Please see exceptions below, especially for footwear.

Please contact us at with photos of your items. You will be provided a unique returns authorization number. 

Once your return is authorized by our Customer service team, you may ship your return to us. Your order must arrive at our warehouse within (14) fourteen days.

To ensure your refund is accepted, please send the item(s) unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. This includes reusable bags and tags.

We will process your refund upon receiving your return.  

A few notes on exceptions: 

  • Essential oils are non-refundable once they have been removed from their packaging or have been used. If the packaging of all oils from the order are completely intact, they may be returned.
  • All items must be in the same or similar condition as when they were purchased.  The value of your refund could be affected if the goods have been damaged in some way.
    • Partial refunds may be granted only in special circumstances if:
      • product is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
      • product has obvious signs of use
      • product is stained and marked items
      • branded bags are damaged
      • product contains odours from pets, smoke, etc.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds on products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable”.
  • For hygiene purposes, footwear (Komfies and Kloud Sliders) is subject to a 7-day return policy.
  • Partial returns of bundle items will result in the invalidation of the bundle price.
  • Please be advised that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
  • We cannot guarantee we will receive your return. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

What to do: I put the wrong delivery address by mistake. Can I change it?

Our support team will be happy to update your delivery address in our system so that your order gets to you. Please be aware that we can only make these changes if the order is not processed yet. 

Please email us at or chat with us via our chatbox and have your updated delivery address and order number ready so that we can make these changes as quickly as possible. 

If, by chance, your order has already been shipped, it is most likely that it will be returned to us. If that occurs, we would reach out to you for an updated address.

In the meantime, you can try to contact the shipping company to see if they can locate the parcel and update the shipping address. For parcels shipped via Royal Mail, you can update the delivery options on the Royal Mail website or using their app once the tracking is integrated into the system. However, there is no guarantee that they will be able to do this.

What to do: I’ve accidentally placed two identical orders. Could you cancel and refund one?

Yes, we can cancel one of your duplicate orders for you, as long as it has not yet been processed.

To cancel your duplicate order, please contact our customer service team through our email, chatbox or WhatsApp. 

We will process your request as soon as possible, but please note that it may take up to 24 hours for us to respond to your request, especially during busy times.

Once your duplicate order has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

What is the cut-off date for Christmas delivery?

If you are looking to get your friends, family, or work family some goodies for presents, it’s best to stock up earlier than later!

Our Christmas delivery cut-off dates (aka the last day when we & the couriers guarantee pre-Christmas delivery) are:

  • FREE Standard Delivery (estimate 2-5 working days): 18th December (Order by 2pm)
  • Express Delivery (estimate within 48 hours): 21st December (Order by 12pm)

Please note that even though shipping & deliveries will continue till December 24th, we can’t 100% guarantee pre-Christmas deliveries after these dates.

What happens if I order on Free delivery after 18th December?

If you choose Free delivery after 18th December OR Express delivery after 21st December, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. Both and couriers will do their best to deliver as quickly as possible, but the given times are 10 working days.
