FAQs

We are shipping orders as quickly as possible, but due to high demand, it might take 5-8 working days for you to receive your order on Free Standard delivery. Rush Delivery is guaranteed within 48 hours.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products  (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). Please read the exceptions to this policy below*.


To ensure your refund is accepted, please send the item(s) unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. This includes reusable bags and tags. We will process your refund upon receiving your return.
To start your return, please contact us at support@kudd.ly with photos of your items to make a returns request. Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a link to generate a pre-paid return label/QR Code and a deduction of £3.99 will then be taken from your refund to cover the cost of the return.


You can choose to return your item using other third party providers, but we are unable to accept liability or responsibility should your item get lost. If you intend to do this, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and let our customer service team know when making your return request.


Please note the following options will be available to you when returning with us:

  • Drop off at the Post Office (QR code)
  • Send via Post Box (print at home label)
  • Home collection (label provided)

*A few notes on exceptions:

  • All items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.
  • Product is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Product has obvious signs of use
  • Product is stained and marked items
  • Branded bags are damaged
  • Product contains odours from pets, smoke, etc
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds on products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable”
  • For hygiene purposes, footwear (Komfies and Kloud Slides) are subject to a 7-day return policy
  • Partial returns of bundle items will result in the invalidation of the bundle price

Please note it can take up to 5 – 10 business days for your refund to show up on your statement 

Our support team will be happy to update your delivery address in our system so that your order gets to you. Please be aware that we can only make these changes if the order is not processed yet. 

Please email us at support@kudd.ly or chat with us via our chatbox and have your updated delivery address and order number ready so that we can make these changes as quickly as possible. 

If, by chance, your order has already been shipped, it is most likely that it will be returned to us. If that occurs, we would reach out to you for an updated address.

In the meantime, you can try to contact the shipping company to see if they can locate the parcel and update the shipping address. For parcels shipped via Royal Mail, you can update the delivery options on the Royal Mail website or using their app once the tracking is integrated into the system. However, there is no guarantee that they will be able to do this.

📣  Returns window extended for 2024 holidays 📣

Any orders made from November 1st to December 31st, 2024, can be returned until January 31st, 2025. For purchases made outside this period, the standard return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you've received an incorrect item or a part of your order is missing, follow these steps:

  • Contact us: Reach out to our support team immediately, providing your order number and a photo of the wrong item.
  • If it's a wrong item, avoid using the item: Please refrain from using the item and keep it in its original condition.
  • Return/Exchange Process: We'll guide you through the return or exchange process. This typically involves a return label and instructions.
  • Resolution: Once we receive the incorrect item, we'll swiftly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
