How do I use Klarna at checkout?

Step 1: Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and select “Klarna” when you check out.

Step 2: Enter your details and you’ll know instantly if you’re approved.

Step 3: Klarna will send you a confirmation and reminders when it’s time to pay. Plus, you can manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app.

 

How do I know if I’m eligible to use Klarna? 

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the UK.
  2. Klarna will perform a credit check to determine your eligibility for this option. Klarna determines eligibility based on several factors such as the purchase amount, and previous order history. If you are 18 or over, you can improve your chances by providing your full name, accurate address details and arranging shipping to your registered billing address. All orders are assessed individually. 

 

Is there anything else I need to know about Klarna? 

We’d recommend that you always shop responsibly. Late payments can negatively impact your credit score and future ability to use Klarna or other credit services.

 

Can I return my order for a refund if I use Klarna at checkout?

Yes! We still offer 30 30-day trial, even if you pay using Klarna. If you cancel or return your order, Klarna will automatically cancel any scheduled payments and issue a refund. Refund processing typically takes 5 business days after the store receives your return, but could take up to 10 business days.  

 

I have been asked to log into Klarna site. Is this correct?

Yes. If you choose Klarna as your payment method, it will email you showing you how to pay. The email will have a link to make this payment using your credit or debit card. Furthermore, you can review and manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app.

 

Can I make multiple purchases through Klarna in the same period?

Yes, you can. Every time you use Klarna, it will check whether you qualify for each additional purchase. Remember, orders are assessed individually. If you have been accepted for the first purchase, it doesn’t mean it will be approved for the following orders automatically. If your application is denied, it does not mean it will be denied for future orders.

 

Can I pay up earlier? 

Absolutely. You can make this payment using a credit or debit card on the Klarna app or logging into: www.klarna/com/uk

 

Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. All transactions take place through connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.

 

What happens if I don’t pay for my order or miss a payment?

It is important to repay Klarna on time because failure to do so can result in late fees, interest charges, and negative impacts on your credit score. Late payments can also result in your account being sent to collections, which can further damage your credit score and lead to legal action.

If you need to pay a bit later than was originally planned, you can extend your next payment date once per order:

  • Go to Purchases
  • Select the order you would like to pay later
  • Tap Manage payments and then tap Extend due date
